Computer Repair and Maintenance
We repair computers, and other hardware, as well as do routine maintenance work. If your computer is down bring it to us and we will fix it. If we can't fix it you don't pay. When dealing with hardware, and other repair issues it is easy to make the situation worse by attempting to resolve the issue yourself. Standard Repair Procedure
Even though not every computer or hardware problem is the same, we generally go about resolving the issue in pretty much the same manner. Below is an outline of what you should do if you start experiencing problems with your computer, or hardware.

  1. As soon as you realize you have a problem, contact us immediately. The sooner the better.
  2. We will have one of our professionally trained staff give you a free assessment of the situation, as well as a free service estimate.
  3. Once you agree to the quoted price we have you sign a service contract, and then take the affected hardware or PC to our facilities in order to make the necessary repairs. In most cases we can come to your house and do the required repairs, but be aware that this requires you pay an additional service charge of twenty dollars. In some cases it is necessary that we bring your hardware to our facilities where we have the proper resources to make the necessary repairs.
  4. If we cannot fix your hardware due to us not being able to determine the cause of the problem then we do not charge you anything, and the service contract is terminated. However this is not the case in about 99.9% of the time.
  5. In the case that new hardware needs to be purchased in order to replace the faulty hardware we give you the choice of ordering the parts yourself from your preferred retailer, or we can order it for you ourselves. Be aware that we do not sell hardware and will order any needed replacement parts from a company that offers the lowest price.
  6. Upon successful completion of the repair payment is due as stated in the service contract.

Also, it should be made clear that in home repairs are only available to residents of Gulfport, Biloxi, Long Beach, Pass Christian, and Bay St. louis Mississippi. Otherwise the customer must bring the hardware to us, or have it delivered via mail.
